Enjoy the nice, unseasonably warm weather this week! Until Friday that is. One can probably already blame one’s RAs because the day of the hash is the day the weather dips back into normal winter range with a chance of snow, and not the kind one puts in one’s nose. So to commemorate the return of winter weather, we’re going to partake in a Hoosier tradition as old as Hoosier winters before going on trail, sitting around indoors, doing nothing, and drinking beer. Cum to Bent Rail early and meet up with other overachievers and drink before trail. We’ll even do pre-trail circle at Bent Rail if they’ll let us. Once on trail (probably a solid 1930…ish), we’ll run a shitty trail to beer, possibly cider on tap, and homemade snacks. Once we get bored or we run out of beer, we’ll go find something else to drink. Unfortunately, Bent Rail won’t be open long enough to do the on-after there so if one were to try to skip a shitty trail and just show up to the on-after, one would have to show up to trail anyways to find out where on-after is anyways. Nice try. Trail should be generally canine friendly, maybe call Bent Rail before bringing one’s dog inside though. On-on!
