We did it! It took 24 years and countless beers, but we have hit 1000 trails! Lets celebrate with ::checks notes:: more trails and beers!
We’ve got a shelter rented at Eagle Creek Park for the entire day. ***NOTE: THERE IS A $5 FEE TO GET IN THE PARK. $6 FOR OUT OF STATE*** The goal is to have multiple trails of varying length and difficulty throughout the day that you may opt into, and a constantly going party at the shelter you can opt to never leave camp at. We’ll provide food for both lunch and dinner, and plenty of beer/seltzer/sodas/water to keep your bladder busy. We’ll have lots of games and prizes to keep you entertained as well.
We’ll have a Fat Boy, Turkey, Eagle, and a Ball buster trail that will head (wsh?) out in different directions a couple hours apart. We’d also like to try and have a Bash (a hash on bicycles) throughout the roads in the park and surrounding area. Hopefully it works out that you could do all trails if you’re a glutton for punishment.
We’ll have plenty of yard games and drinking games set up, and also try and get Vibreaker to run some of her fantastic highland games. If it rains we’ll all huddle under the shelter and stare at the RA for ruining 24 years of hashing. (Love you ReMe!)
We would also like to bury a time capsule somewhere for the hash to open on the 2000th trail, so think of something small you could bring to contribute!
We have the shelter from 10AM to 8PM. Organized activities and the first trail will start at 11AM, so if you show up before that you may be put to work.

Anyone that pays the $30 and shows up will get the trail credit and have the option to buy the commemorative challenge coin. Don’t forget to fill out this form if you are interested in the coin so we order enough!
The cap for this event is 80 people as that is the capacity of the shelter. Rego by June 20th!
